CONSIDER THIS MOMENT about … “SABOTAGE”
Sabotage is not simply giving up; it is surrendering to the things that make you lose. As a verb, it is a deliberate act of destruction, causing damage or obstruction for personal gain. Sabotage, as a noun, involves weakening through rebellion, barriers, and interference. Another description defines sabotage as the intentional blocking and stopping progress in one’s development, growth, and achievement towards positive goals.
The question arises: does sabotage spread its harmful intentions to force people into submission? Perhaps its purpose is to deceive victims into believing they have no choice but to give in. Whether we engage in self-sabotage or are forced into it, it is crucial that we identify this destructive behavior and change its trajectory and intentions. We cannot ignore these deceptive tactics; instead, we must infiltrate and counteract them.
According to 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, our weapons are powerful through God, enabling us to breakthrough break down strongholds and reject thoughts that go against His teachings. This challenges us to control our thoughts and submit them to Christ.
How will you address sabotage? Will you seek safety, attempt to imagine them away, or stand against the enemy armed with truth, righteousness, and love?
Victory over sabotage is possible, leading to a greater outcome. As discussed in our previous bloG about Change and Greater, the journey towards greatness will always be met with opposing forces attempting to hinder your path.
